Rose Francis Randolph

Rose Francis Randolph, age 78 of Clinton, Tn. passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at her home following a period of declining health. 

Born in Susie, Ky. on February 7, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Hobart and Elsie Rains Hicks. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter: Julie Randolph; brothers: Logan Hicks and Stoney Hicks; sisters: Cathy Stehle, Brenda Hicks and Stepdaughter Pamela Whiting, and a granddaughter: Brittany Hensley.

Rose is survived by sons: James Lee Randolph and wife Loretta and Billy Jay Randolph; daughter: Tracy Pemberton and husband Ralph; brother: Shelby Hicks; sister: Dorother Trusty; grandchildren: Mark Larick, Christina Collins, Braslin Randolph Mulligan, Stepson Richard Randolph and 6 Great-grandchildren other nieces and nephews, relatives and friends and her beloved dogs Tiny and Charlie.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2024, at Lakeview Baptist Church in Caryville, Tn. with Rev. Roger Stanley officiating.
