Rhonda Tresa Raby

Rhonda Tresa Raby, of Clinton, TN, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on June 16, 1956, in Oak Ridge, she grew to become a vibrant and larger-than-life presence, known for her warmth, compassion, and spirited enthusiasm for life. Rhonda found great joy in spending time at the Senior Center. She enjoyed quilting and had an appreciation for nature, particularly in her love for bird watching, finding solace and joy in the simple beauty of the world around her. Family was everything to Rhonda. She delighted in spending quality time with her nieces and nephews, cherishing every moment shared with them. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her relatives to all animals she cared for. Rhonda's legacy will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents, Boyd C. and Delsie Raby; sisters, Dora Lou Raby, Lois Jean Lewis, Edna Carter Phillips, and Beula Mae Davis and brother, Loyd Dean Raby.

Rhonda is survived by sisters, Trula Hill, Betty (David) Phillips, Kathy Moore, and Donna (Bobby) Simmons; brother, Ray (Lisa) Raby; bother-in-law, C.L. (Cindy) Phillips as well as several nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends. 

Rhonda's family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN. Rhonda's funeral service will begin at 7:00pm with Rev. Glen Marlow officiating. Graveside service and interment will be Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 11:00am at Pleasant View Cemetery in Clinton.
