Mark Owens

Mark Owens, born April 18, 1981, in Jellico, Tennessee, passed away on September 4, 2026, in Clinton, Tennessee. Originally from Whitley County, Kentucky, Mark will be remembered as a loving father who loved his children deeply and as a hard worker. His passing brings sorrow to those who knew him, and comfort in the faith that he has gone to join his mother, Joyce Simpson; his son, Devin Caddell and his brother-in-law, Josh Mefford as well as other family members in eternal rest with our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Mark found joy in many interests that reflected both his creativity and his spirit. He enjoyed art, woodworking, cars, and music, and he especially loved playing guitar and drums. These were some of the ways he expressed himself and connected with the world around him.

Above all, Mark’s family was at the center of his life. He is survived by his his fiancée, Christina Bullman; daughter, Britney Owens; his sons, Jessie Goins, Kaleb Owens, and Marcus Owens; ; his father, Keith Caddell; his sisters, Tiffany Rawlins and Wendy Owens; and his brother-in-law, Eric Rawlins. He will be deeply missed by each of them, and his memory will remain close in their hearts.

Visitation for Mark will be held on September 10, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Jones Mortuary, 375 N Main St, Clinton, Tennessee 37716. A memorial service will follow at 7:30 p.m. with Rev. Kelvin Stokes officiating.

Mark’s life was marked by love for his family, dedication to his work, and enjoyment of the things that brought him happiness. He will be remembered with love and missed dearly by all who knew him.
