Leon Larry Ferguson

Leon Larry Ferguson, age 86, of Ten Mile, Tn passed away on June 27, 2025 at his home in Ten Mile, Tn. Mr. Ferguson was born on July 29,1938 in Harlington, KY to late Ellis Eugene Ferguson and Evangeline Edna Miller Ferguson. He lived in Claxton, Tn as a pipe fitter and foreman. He also belonged to the shinner as a mason in Pensacola, FL. He was a big outdoors man that loved to fish and hunt. He loved spending time with his family and friends, he will be missed by so many.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Ferguson was preceded in death by his siblings William Riley Ferguson and Dolores Ferguson Petty.

Mr. Ferguson is survived by the love of his love of his Jo Ann Ferguson of 68 years; their three kids, Larry (Kay) Ferguson, Mary (Paul) Ingram and Sherri (Lester) Day. Pappow to the following grandbabies, Tessa (Richard) Love, Eddie (Ellie) Ferguson, David (Connie)McKelvey and Taylor (Cory) Shanklin and he had 15 great grandbabies and 3 great great grandbabies.

Visitation for Mr. Ferguson will be held at Jones Mortuary in Clinton on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 from 9:00-10:30 in the morning and then we will be heading to the graveside for the service and burial at 11:00 at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Powell, TN.
