John Franklin Allen, age 79 of Norris, TN passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Tennova North Medical Center in Powell, TN. John was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
In honoring John's wishes there will be no services. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN was in charge of all arrangements.
