Gwendolyn Eve Hudson

Gwendolyn Eve Hudson, age 66, of Knoxville, TN passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026 at her home. She is rejoicing with the Lord and has reunited with her son Tiras. Gwendolyn loved her husband, children and loved spoiling her grandchildren, as well as her dog Aslan. Gwendolyn was faithful to FAC, ACS and AKA. She also helped with the bus ministry at FAC. Enjoyed greeting folks at the door of FAC.

Gwendolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Gwendolyn Yvonne Goodson, and her son Tiras Hudson.

She is survived by her loving husband Kevin Hudson of Knoxville, TN; son Taylor Hudson and wife Kaylee of Denver, Colorado; daughter Tiara Hudson of Knoxville, TN; brothers Victor Goodson and wife Yvette of Morristown, TN, and Derek Goodson and wife Michelle of Murfreesboro, TN; sister Angela Hendrickson of Morristown, TN; and her precious grandchildren Camden and Norah.

Gwendolyn’s visitation will be Friday, July10, 2026 from 5:00 pm to 7:00pm, with her celebration of life to follow at 7:00pm at Frist Apostolic Church in Knoxville, TN. Pastor Mark McCool and Pastor Anthony McCool officiating. Her graveside service will be 11:00am, Saturday July 11, 2026 at Highland Memorial in Knoxville, TN.
