Debera Lynn (Stout) Stanley of Harriman TN went to be with her Heavenly Father on April 11, 2019 after a brief but serious illness. She was 64 years old. She was born in Detroit Michigan to parents Shelby (Sperow) Stout and Victor Stout on February 13, 1955 and was a twin to her brother Allen Glen Stout. Debera spent most of her adult life traveling with her first husband during his career in the U.S. Marine Corp. She visited and lived in many exciting & wonderful places including Florida, New Orleans, Virginia, North Carolina, Hawaii, Japan and Scotland. She loved to cook, try new recipes and spend time with her family. She deeply loved all of her family and her extended family in Michigan, Virginia & the Mansfield Ohio area. She shared many wonderful stories and carried many heartwarming memories of those she loved so dearly. She is survived by her daughters Angela (Todd) Carroll of Kingsport TN , Joy Ramsey of Walton Verona KY and Amber (Ronson) Mitchell of Harriman TN. She is also survived by her siblings Allen (Paula) Stout of Warren MI, Donna Luckey of Mio MI, Richard (Mary) Stout of Clinton Twp. MI, Jeffery Stout of Mio MI, Virginia (Thomas) Drake of Fairview MI. and a half-sister Vicky Stout originally from Royal Oak MI. Others left behind loving and missing her are her grandchildren Timothy Carroll of Lebanon VA, Gracie Carroll of Kingsport TN, Carson Mitchell of Oakridge TN and Cylei Mitchell of Harriman TN and great-granddaughter Shelby Glover of Somerset KY. She also leaves behind her best friend of over 40 years Phyllis Cooper and her husband Richard who were steadfast friends and stood by her until the very end. She is survived by many many others who loved her including many dear Nieces & Nephews, Aunts & Uncles and Cousins in Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee. She is God’s child and now rests in his loving hands.

At Debera’s request there will not be any services for her.
