Caren Faye Montgomery

Caren Faye Montgomery, age 61 of Oak Ridge, TN passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at her home. Caren was a loving mother and grandmother. She was charismatic. She also was a very caring, generous and outgoing person. Caren was of the Jewish faith. Caren is preceded in death by her parents, Zelmond and Barbara Moritz; husband, Daniel Montgomery; and sister, Robyn Ketchum. She is survived by her daughters, Amanda Purdy and husband Clinton of Savannah, TX, and Sarah Lambie of New Hampshire; grandchildren, Aleia Purdy, Asa Wilburn and Caleb Wilburn. Caren’s family and friends will have a Celebration of Life for her at a later date, and will be announced by Jones Mortuary. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of their choice or YWCA Domestic Violence in Oak Ridge, TN. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
