Billy Ray Bailey

Billy Ray Bailey, age 78 of Heiskell, TN, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2026. He was a Navy veteran who honorably served during the Vietnam War. Throughout his life, Billy was known not only for his service but also for his passionate enthusiasm for cars. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends, who cherished him deeply. 

Billy Ray is survived by his son, Bradley Bailey; his sisters, Linda Rosenbalm and her husband Wendell, and Patricia Lloyd and her husband Clarince; his grandsons, Torin and Ryder; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, General Lee Bailey and Robbie Sue Bailey; his wife, Karen Bailey; his son, Brian Bailey; his brothers, Bobby Lee, Jimmy D., and Johnny Wayne Bailey; and his sisters, Mary E. Woods and Debra K. Reasor. Jones Mortuary is honored to serve the family of Billy Ray Bailey.
